VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS
Values sit at the core of an organisation and influence how people behave in the pursuit of the company’s purpose. Values can’t be seen – but they can be observed by how people behave when working together, serving customers, and making decisions about what to prioritise and act on.
Being clear on your company values is an important attraction and retention tool. Get the right people ‘on the bus’ by finding those with similar values and beliefs – those who share your passions and commitments for generating value in your chosen market.
To truly make values tangible and measurable, it’s also important to describe the behaviours that align with the company values – what does it look like when you are living your values, and when you are not?
