As my High-Performance Practice has evolved, so have I. I am forever a student.
I have loved working with leaders and their teams around Australia, and over the past 2 years, internationally. I head back to Denmark in November, 2022 to continue with a Global BioTech company, helping lead their journey on transformational change.
I love seeing the shift in organisations that commit themselves to the journey, and I love seeing the shift in individuals when they truly see the benefit of allowing themselves to be lead through transformational change.
