As my holidays wind down and I prepare to jump into 2024 I thought it would be interesting to reflect on my top-performing LinkedIn posts from last year. A helpful framework to identify the type of culture your team or organisation has and understanding it’s impact on employee engagement and performance.
4. Use GROW for Coaching
People want manages who coach, not tell. GROW is a useful model to follow as a leader to start having meaningful coaching conversations!

Knowing that everything starts with you – you have to prioritise yourself.
