LEADER IN THE SPOTLIGHT: AINSLIE VAN ONSELEN

One of the things I love most about my role as a High Performance Coach is that I get to work with some pretty amazing leaders, who are always looking to improve themselves, to inspire others, and to build better organisations by investing in their people.

I was recently invited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) CEO Ainslie van Onselen to deliver a keynote speech to her Leadership team on Strategy systems – as she looks to embed her 5-year strategic transformation plan within her organisation.

Ainslie is a powerful leader, who genuinely cares for her people. Her journey from senior executive at Westpac, a 20-year career in law, and her upbringing by an old-fashioned farmer-dad in a little country town in outback south-west WA, has laid the foundations for her leadership style.
