Included in this process has been annual 360-degree leadership reviews for the executive team using Human Syergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and the Genos Emotional Intelligence inventory. Each year, the executive team consistently demonstrate positive shifts in their assessment results, moving towards a more constructive, humanistic and encouraging leadership behaviours.
Since 2018, Stephanie’s remit has included working with the broader leadership team encompassing 45+ second-tier managers based in four global regions. This work has supported broader engagement and ownership of the strategic plan and fostered stronger engagement and collaboration across the business.
