Spell& the Gypsy Collective

Spell & the Gypsy Collective is a Byron Bay based fashion label and an Australian success story. Founded by sisters Isabella Pennefather and Elizabeth Abegg, Spell Designs was awarded Australian Business of the Year in 2016 and are committed to championing ethical and sustainable fashion in their industry.

Stephanie has partnered with Spell since 2017 to support embedding a culture of empowerment and ownership within their already highly engaged team of 60+ Spell Angels. Stephanie works closely with the Founders, General Manager and HR Manager to:

  • Facilitate annual vision workshops with the co-Founders and senior teams
  • Provide executive coaching to the General Manager and individual senior team members on strategy execution and people leadership
  • Mentor the People & Culture Manager on implementation of performance processes that drive achievement of their brand and growth priorities
