Politix is a premium Australian men’s fashion brand known for its original design and tailoring.

Stephanie partnered with the COO to develop the leadership, communication and professionalism of the 30+ Support Office staff, and to support them to sustain their strong culture through a significant period following their sale to Country Road Group in 2016.

For Politix, Stephanie:

  • Designed and delivered an 8-part leadership training series for their 30+ Support Office staff to develop self-awareness, self-leadership, resilience, mindfulness, coaching and feedback skills
  • Designed the annual team strategy workshop and mentored the COO, HR Manager & Wellbeing Manager to facilitate these sessions as part of their off-site retreat
  • Provided individual performance coaching to members of the senior team
  • Facilitated their strategy day to onboard the new CEO and redefine the company purpose under his new leadership
