The Foundry is a private equity firm partnering with founders who have a premium offering in the health, wellness and beauty space. Established by Michael Da Gama Pinto and Stephen Ring, The Foundry provides unparalleled resources and expertise to every partnership.

Since 2019 Stephanie has been working with The Foundry team to:

  • Define The Foundry purpose, values and operating model that best utilises and leverages their core strengths as a team of experienced operators in the health and wellness space
  • Develop the leadership capabilities of their senior team members
  • Mentor their start-up investments – Hectors Deli and Hall Street (gym) – to define their company purpose and values, team structures, role descriptions, performance and monitoring processes to support initial business success.

Stephanie has an exceptional gift of breaking down complex business concepts into simple, digestible tasks. Tasks and items that are well understood by the entire team and business. She helps create a safe environment for all to contribute to which ensures full buy in from the business.
