Future Dreamers

Future Dreamers are a non-for-profit based in Byron offering a safe haven for young women aged 12-24 to meet, dream, share and just hang out. Steph provided monthly mentoring to the General Manager over a period of 12 months, helping to set up clear Job Descriptions, performance plans, KPI’s and monthly meeting structures to provide clarity and ownership to the team of contractors who delivered their weekly programs. Steph also facilitated workshops and session to the FD team to clarify their shared purpose; develop their facilitation skills; define their brand, marketing and events calendar.
