Steph partnered with the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM) to support their development of a long-range vision and develop the leadership and communication capability of the leadership group. This involved 360-degree feedback and group debrief sessions, as well as 1:1 coaching with the CEO and creation of a detailed development plan for his own growth and succession.
