Born and raised in Byron Bay, Stone & Wood Brewing are proudly independent and local, brewing and bottling craft beer in the Northern Rivers of NSW.

Stephanie has partnered with Stone & Wood since 2018 to deliver a number of programs and
initiatives including:

  • Coaching and Feedback training to their top tier leadership team, team leaders and emerging
    leaders
  • Team Building Days for the Finance and Sales areas of the business
  • Executive and Performance coaching for multiple individuals to support their execution of
    leadership excellence

Steph is a natural at simplifying the complex with clear concepts and models, but it’s the combination of that along with her warm and engaged presence that have made all our sessions with her so effective and energising.  It’s a delight to see that her book also brings her best to life as well.
