Vue Group

Steph worked closely with the Vue Group senior leadership team on a number of projects to enhance both their culture and leadership in the business. This involved executive coaching for several senior leaders including the group’s founder, Shannon Bennett. Defining their company purpose and values, through focus groups and workshops with every team member. And facilitating their 3-day strategy retreat for the senior team to align on goals and priorities for the group.

Mindful leadership coaching was a necessity for me.  I was on a treadmill and I didn’t know where the off button was. Stephanie helped me prioritise my family and my own wellbeing. The process of talking and opening up gave me the clarity and confidence I needed to make the right decisions and to take the necessary steps towards making positive change.
