In ALIGN, Stephanie facilitates a process for leadership teams to adopt her Strategy System and close the gap between strategy creation and strategy execution.

The Strategy System aligns the whole team to work collaboratively. It involves:

  • Cascading goals through to teams and individuals through alignment sessions
